- Go to Sensor configuration and select the A&D device.
- Enter MAC address as you see underneath battery compartment.
- Tap test connection. Tap yes to Bluetooth permission request.
- Take a measurement with the A&D device. NOTE: It may take upto 30 seconds for the A&D device to connect.
- When you receive a Pairing Request, pull down the Notification bar and press the Pairing Request. Enter 39121440 for the pin UNLESS you have changed the pin (then use that one).
- Wait for the A&D device to connect. This can take some time.
- A popup is displayed when you are connected. Tap Save.
- Do not forget to activate the monitor in the main screen!
- Go to Sensor configuration and select Cardio - Zephyr HxM.
- Select Pair Sensor and scan for devices. Be sure you wear the Zephyr HxM monitor. It will turn on automatically.
- Long press the HxM Bluetooth device and tap "pair and connect".
- Enter PIN (1234) and tap ok. Tap back on your phone to return to myFitnessCompanion.
- Select the HxM device in step 2.
- Tap test connection and wait till the HxM device connects to myFitnessCompanion.
- A popup is displayed when you are connected. Tap Save.
- Do not forget to activate the monitor in the main screen!
- Go to Sensor configuration and select Blood Glucose - myGlucoHealth.
- Select Pair Sensor and scan for devices. Press the left button on myGlucoHealth device.
- Long press the myGlucoHealth device and tap "pair and connect".
- Enter PIN (0000) and tap ok. Tap back on your phone to return to myFitnessCompanion.
- Select the myGlucoHealth device in step 2.
- Tap test connection and press the left button on the myGlucoHealth device.
- A popup is displayed when you are connected. Tap Save.
- Do not forget to activate the monitor in the main screen!
- Go to Sensor configuration and select Temperature - FORAIR20b
- Select Pair Sensor and scan for devices. Take temperature reading to activate bluetooth of the thermometer.
- Long press the TaiDoc-TM device and tap "pair and connect".
- Enter PIN (111111) and tap ok. Tap back on your phone to return to myFitnessCompanion.
- Select the TaiDoc-TM device in step 2.
- Tap test connection and take another temperature reading with the FORA device. A popup is displayed when you are connected. Tap Save. Do not forget to activate the monitor in the main screen!
- To receive a temperature reading you MUST press temperature monitor on the main screen and select Sensor reading.
- Go to Sensor configuration and select Blood pressure - FORAD15 BG/BP
- Select Pair Sensor and scan for devices. IMPORTANT: press long the "wireless button" on the FORAD15 BG/BP. You will see a fast flashing blue light.
- Long press the TaiDoc-BTM device and tap "pair and connect".
- Enter PIN (111111) and tap ok. Tap back on your phone to return to myFitnessCompanion.
- Select the TaiDoc-BTM device in step 2.
- Tap test connection and check that the FORAD15 BG/BP blue led is blinking.
- A popup is displayed when you are connected. Tap Save. Do not forget to activate the monitor in the main screen!
- To receive a blood pressure/blood glucose reading you MUST press either blood pressure or blood glucose monitor on the main screen and select Sensor reading.
- Go to Sensor configuration and select Oximeter - Nonin 9560 Onyx II
- Select Pair Sensor and scan for devices. Take a reading to activate bluetooth of the oximeter
- Long press the Nonin device and tap "pair and connect".
- Enter PIN last 6 digits oon the back of the sensor and tap ok. Tap back on your phone to return to myFitnessCompanion.
- Select the Nonin bluetooth device in step 2.
- Tap test connection and take another reading with the Nonin device.
- A popup is displayed when you are connected. Tap Save.
- Do not forget to activate the monitor in the main screen!
- Go to Sensor configuration and select Blood Glucose - Polytel OneTouch Ultra, Ultra2 or UltraMini.
- Enter the MAC address which can be found on the sticker of the PolyMap device.
- Tap test connection. Tap yes to Bluetooth permission request.
- IMPORTANT: You need to take a blood glucose measurement with the OneTouch device. The first time it may take upto 30 seconds for the Polymap device to connect. Check the red light on the PolyMap device. It should change from solid red to blinking red.
- When you receive a Pairing Request, enter 39121440 for the pin.
- Wait for thePolyMap device to connect.
- A popup is displayed when you are connected. Tap Save.
- Do not forget to activate the monitor in the main screen!
FAQ
Bluetooth sensor does not connect to myFitnessCompanion.Turn Bluetooth off and then turn it on again. Take a measurement with the Bluetooth sensor. If problem persists: exit myFitnessCompanion (tap menu button on phone and then tap exit) and start myFitnessCompanion again.
Cannot connect to A&D blood pressure or weight monitor.
Verify that you configured the MAC address correctly in "Server Configuration". Turn Bluetooth off and then turn it on again. On main menu bar select Bluetooth icon and tap yes to make device discoverable. Take a measurement with the AND monitor.
